I organized your weekend for you:

Friday -- spend time at the office cleaning up your dataset for GEO 737 EX 1, and hope Justin comes in earlier than 2:30 PM to meet with you. You guys have to get your presentation hashed out and written as much as possible...but Monday and Tuesday are back-up dates, though that'd be pushing it. Also, read those two articles you printed off.

Saturday -- you need to re-do your proposal, or at least, revamp it into being what Pavlos is wanting. Meaning, figure out the specific scenario(s) you're going to run for the project. You're already on the right track, so I can't see why it should take you too long to do.

Sunday -- sleep in, and go to the gym. It's so embarrassing to have to tell that to your own mom. What am I, not just her secretary and accountant, I'm her personal trainer, too?! Finish up the proposal if it still needs work, and print it off.

The only major thing I see coming up to change that is if Brian decides he's coming into town on Saturday so you can go trolling for a new apartment. That would likely take up your day, meaning you'd have to then devote Sunday to more writing than simply editing.

Reminder of your due dates:

Monday -- GEO 733 proposal due to Pavlos, write presentation with Justin
Wednesday -- GEO 733 joint presentation with Justin
Friday -- GEO 737 EX 1

Goals for the upcoming week:

* manage to fit in time to buy a 'hot' shirt to wear to the bar on Friday. No. Comment. NONE.
* retrieve ONE data set of the possible 2 with potential to get your thesis research project launched

By the way, you spent $27 at the grocery store today.

Every time I think I have the idiotic workings of this place figured out, I'm proven wrong again. I was bothered three, yes, three times today by someone knocking on my door. Apparently it's a campus-wide survey, which I wouldn't have minded being a part of if it was perhaps organized a little better! What kind of survey asks only one question, anyways? Of course I'm active, if you knew who I was because of the room you found me in, shouldn't you have access to my class schedule, as well?

I hope to see some familiar faces at the study group tonight.

I am a scientist, yet as such, I was brought up to believe in a higher-order Kami that governs us from some cosmic, outer-dimensional plane. ((*coughcough4Dbeingswhat*)) Even after all the weird things that keep happening at this school, the constant in- and outflux of morons, and my general unluckiness regarding incidents with the opposite gender, my faith stayed true.

As of today I renounce my faith. Truly, here is no Kami, for he allowed me to be surrounded and overpowered by the girls in my fitness class outside of my very own suite (I do NOT want to know how they found it) and forced into a pair of strap-on wings and made to accompany them with a prop bow and arrow.

I really am going to move into the library, permanently.

When I told my dad about the latest mass lecture, he proceeded to tell me that if such things existed on Expel, I never would have happened.

I wonder if it's possible to remain here permanently.

Hmm?
Has life stopped, or something? Everyone else in my classes lately have seemed distracted which is fine, it makes me look all that much better. The network has not been flooded with meaningless updates as it usually is, but I can do without all the whining, anyways.

I do wish Ms. Nei hadn't left so suddenly. I miss her playing, but I would have happily sent her with some of my favourite tea. She did seem to enjoy it so.

The newest obsession of the girls in my fitness class is to try and put a pair of feathery wings onto my back! These women are relentless! They claim it's to make me into a "Cue-pid" in light of this Valentine's Day everyone was talking about for a while. What do wings have to do with it?! I will have to research this on the 'internet' later....though past searches have come up fruitless.

I'll see you all in class. I hope the calculus professor doesn't mind that I've corrected the proofs he gave us in lecture yesterday.

((OMG I really want a Cupid!Leon fanart, now, complete with wings and bow-and-arrow with a heart as the arrowhead....>> ))

And I thought this place couldn't get worse. I refuse to comment on the general disarray of things from last week. It appears we had a mass outflux of morons students and faculty, but at the same time a huge influx of much the same.

Hi, I'm Leon, and yes those are my real ears, no I am not lost, I probably belong in my college courses more than most of the students 'of age.'

That said, if anyone needs help with any of their homework, I conduct a student-run study group on Monday nights! We meet in the group study room on the third floor of the Leingod Library between 7 and 10 PM EST (that's Ergheiz Standard Time).

If you have a question, come and ask them!

If you finished your assignment, come and help others!

The meetings have been very successful in the past, and you'll be helping (or helped by) fellow students. Personally, I find it very rewarding.

Speaking of classes, I need to dash off to fitness. Ms. Miyuki, thank kami you didn't leave, I don't think I could fend them all off without destroying most the classroom at the same time.

I hope the other students have managed to relieve themselves of their pyromaniac tendencies by now. If not, they really should remember there are safer places on campus where they can practice their fire magic. Though it comes as no surprise that most of the students of magic here are unable to control themselves properly. There should really be stricter penalties for such abuses of talent.

Fitness class remains traumatizing satisfying, as usual. I do wish my father would stop asking about the girls that take the class with me, though. I could do without the pilates sessions, but surprisingly, the yoga makes up for it. I find I can even meditate here in the apartment, most especially while Ms. Nei is rehearsing.

I find that being overloaded with my classes, I'm only able to re-read one text book a week, but I'm still able to keep ahead of my assignments. I think, though, soon it will be time to test out some of the magicks I've been learning, but on my own. At this pace, the professors won't get to in-class practice for another month yet.

Speaking of being ahead, I better get off to the library. Ms. Tio, if you're available to tutor tonight, your help would be greatly appreciated.

For the love of...

I'm going to make sure the fire isn't spreading, and then I'm going to spend the night in the library again. I heard Genis is missing, though. I hope he's found and returned safely.
